The polyester fiber takes polyester as the main raw material, add functional master batch and make by the plasticizing melt extrusion, high-magnification stretching, and processing from a special surface treatment. Its appearance is bundle structure gathering from multiple single fibers.
Polyester fibers not only has the characteristics of fineness, high strength, easily dispersed as ordinary polymer, but also has outstanding temperature stability, to maintain the original strength in temperatures of -40 degrees to -220 degrees, no embrittlement, no deformation. Therefore can be widely used for adding to the asphalt mixture to crack enhanced and also be used for high-strength concrete cracking and permeability resistance.
